Warranty and Return Policy

We service DEFECTIVE items only. If your item is indeed Defective, or Dead on Arrival, we will exchange the item(s) via its Factory Warranty.

All returns must be accompanied by a Prime One RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: sales@primeone.ca

Be sure to include the following information:
• Order Number
• Date of original purchase
• Reason for request for RMA
• Your e-mail address

Or fill out an RMA form in the customer service section and send to sales@primeone.ca
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.

Non-Defective Returns:
At this point, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are NOT defective.
