We service DEFECTIVE items only. If your item is indeed Defective, or Dead on Arrival, we will exchange the item(s) via its Factory Warranty.
All returns must be accompanied by a Prime One RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Be sure to include the following information:
• Order Number
• Date of original purchase
• Reason for request for RMA
• Your e-mail address
Or fill out an RMA form in the customer service section and send to email@example.com
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.
At this point, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are NOT defective.
